The photo shows an amethyst heart combined with amethyst & light amethyst Swarovski Austrian crystal bicones. Beads are handwrapped with sterling silver wire. The necklace uses an Italian sterling silver Figaro Rombo chain - the links are alternating large and small ovals, diamond-cut edges for sparkle.
