Murano-style glass beads imported directly from Italy are created using foil on purple glass. The purple glass really stand out on the silver, gold and copper foil. The glass bead is not flat but rather a flat bead that was twisted for added dimension when being formed. I hand wire wrapped the purple glass bead dangle to each twisted glass bead. Sterling silver French earwire tops each earring. Earrings are 1.5 inches long from base of earwire. Manufacturing process may introduce variations in appearance glass items.
